I had my CBR400 fully serviced by Paul and the service was fantastic. It cost more than I had planned however he did highlight many areas that had not been serviced for awhile (ie brakes)

Found the receipt. The full service included the following;

• Semi Synth Oil and filter
• 4 x Spark plugs
• Valve Clearance Check
• Carb Synchronisation
• Coolant

£260

• Change Fork Oil and Set air gaps

£75

• Strip Service and lube front and rear brake callipers

£60

• Vacuum bleed front + rear brakes

£35

• Various adjustments including Seized nipples (ooo err!!) Sticky throttle and corroded brake levers

£35

Total: £468


The bike runs fantastic and I was over the moon with the improved handling post suspension overhaul and adjustment.

Top class and I’d recommend him to anyone.

Just booked the Firestom in for the suspension to be overhauled and set up.

• Fork oil
• Seals
• Air gaps
• Rear and front shock set up for my weight

If the work on the 400 is anything to go by, it'll be like getting back a new bike

Just had the suspension overhauled and set up and boy what a difference. It feels like e new bike on I only rode it 10 miles home. Paul yet again has worked his magic.

I took it back to get more work done.

This time Paul;

• Supplied and fitted rear wheel bearings
• Stripped, serviced and lubed all brake callipers
• Fitted sintered pads all round
• Fitted Hel Stainless brake and clutch line kit
• Vacuum bled all hydraulics
• Synchronised the carbs

I haven’t really been able to tell the difference as I hardly needed to use the brakes on the trip home. Plus it was dripping wet.
